ABOUT SHANNON

SHANNON MARIE SULLIVAN is an award-nominated actor, writer, filmmaker and educator splitting her time between NYC, LA, and NOLA.
As a storyteller both in front of and behind the camera, Shannon’s work spans acting, directing, writing, and producing, bringing compelling narratives to life through multiple creative avenues. Her debut short film INHALE recently premiered at Beaufort International Film Festival, earning her a Best Actress Nomination, and she is currently producing a feature documentary and a narrative short film.
Shannon is on faculty at Pace University's School of Performing Arts: Acting for Film, Television, Voiceovers & Commercials BFA Program and coaches a monthly On-Camera Audition Technique Class for working actors. As an acting coach, she works with individuals and productions in film, television, and theatre, specializing in Accents & Dialects and dialect management.

Shannon holds an MFA from Yale School of Drama, a BFA from UC Santa Barbara, and has studied with on-camera experts such as Bob Krakower, Jessica Cummings, and Marci Philips.
